PRESTO pre-crushers

The optimum compacting results of the PRESTO pre-crusher compactor offer significant savings in storage and transportation capacities. The system comprises the PRESTO Static Auger Compactor and a hydraulically adjustable horizontal baler. It is here where the actual compaction of the PET bottles or other plastic packing material takes place.

The adjustment of the horizontal baler is automatic and depends on the motor current of the hydraulic unit. If the PRESTO container is attached, the baler opens automatically with increasing container weight since the material inside the PRESTO container provides the necessary counter pressure.
